MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
The Emiliano Hernandez Memorial Scholarship is sponsored by the Gamma Zeta Alpha - Chapter and Gamma Chapter Alumni (GCA). The committee will award several scholarships totaling up to $20,000 for the Spring 2024 semester.

Open to all current UC Berkeley undergraduate students that identify as Latinx students including Berkeley Undergraduate Dream Act Aid recipients, DACAmented students.
SELECTION CRITERIA
First Generation College Student (Neither parent/guardian has received a 4-year degree)
Pell grant eligible/recipient OR
CA Dream Act recipient AND
Demonstrated Commitment to the Latinx community
Leadership & Service AND
Must be a full-time UC Berkeley undergraduate student**
Minimum 2.5 GPA
Proof of enrollment and good standing in the university upon being selected for the scholarship award
