EMILIANO HERNANDEZ
MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
The Emiliano Hernandez Memorial Scholarship is sponsored by the Gamma Zeta Alpha - Chapter and Gamma Chapter Alumni (GCA). The committee will award several scholarships totaling up to $12,000 for the Fall 2025 semester.
Open to all current UC Berkeley undergraduate students that identify as Latinx students including Berkeley Undergraduate Dream Act Aid recipients, DACAmented students.
SELECTION CRITERIA
-
First Generation College Student (Neither parent/guardian has received a 4-year degree)
-
Pell grant eligible/recipient OR
-
CA Dream Act recipient AND
-
Demonstrated Commitment to the Latinx community
-
Leadership & Service AND
-
Must be a full-time UC Berkeley undergraduate student**

Minimum 2.5 GPA
-
Proof of enrollment and good standing in the university upon being selected for the scholarship award
